Welcome to CasaVibe. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to CasaVibe. Submitting an order represents an offer to purchase. An order is not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we have sent an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, modify, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, payment problems, or shipping restrictions.

If we cancel or modify an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, billing address, or telephone number provided with the order. Any payment collected for a cancelled order will be refunded according to the applicable payment method and processing time.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after processing has begun.

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages and may have different tracking numbers.

CasaVibe’s name, logo, product names, and designs may not be used without permission. Shopify’s name, logo, and related marks belong to Shopify. Other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

We may provide access to tools or services operated by third parties. We do not control or monitor all third-party tools and provide access to them on an “as available” basis.

CasaVibe is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer our Services.

Purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and CasaVibe. Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for fulfilling orders, managing returns, or resolving product-related issues.

The remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with the policies displayed on our website, constitute the agreement between you and CasaVibe regarding use of the Services.
